Due to the growth and popularity of low cost travel companies you now have several ways of getting to the Alps. Flying is still the quickest and possibly the easiest way to get here, however many people choose to travel by car.

Airport Transfers

There are now several companies offering daily airport transfers beween
Geneva airport and Chatel. Our transfer partner is Magic Transfers who offer all our guests discounted rates. You have the option of booking private or shared transfers for small or large groups. Get a quote.......

Fully Catered Chalet Holiday - Transfers Included

When you have booked a holiday staying for 7 nights in one of our fully catered chalets, return airport transfers are included in the holiday package. Magic Transfers, our transfer partner, will operate your return airport transfer on our behalf in their fleet of 8-seater minibuses.

Conditions: Transfers are included for all guests staying for 7 nights and arriving / departing on Sundays. All flights must arrive into Geneva by 15:00 and all flight departures by 14:00. Any flights arriving or departing outside of these times will incur an additional charge of 40 euros or £35 per person.
The transfer from Geneva to Chatel will aim to depart for Chatel as soon as you have registered at the Magic Transfers desk and in any case no later than 30 minutes after. If your flight is delayed alternative arrangements will be made to get you to Chatel. The return transfer to Geneva at the end of your holiday will leave Chatel between 3.5 - 5 hours before your flight departure. All information relating to your transfers will be emailed to you a few days before your holiday.

For all airport transfers any available seats may be taken by other guests coming to the area.

Short Breaks

When you have booked a short break or mid week arrival / departure and transfers are not included you can book your transfers independently at a discounted rate direct with Magic Transfers. Once we have received your booking form and deposit we will send you a discount code and your booking reference.

Flight Options

If you choose to fly there are several airlines to choose from that fly into Geneva including Easy jet, Jet 2, British Airways, Fly BE and BMI Baby, all of which offer low cost deals. Fly / Drive

This is a great option for self catered winter and summer holidays. It would mean that in addition to the excellent free bus service we have in Chatel you would have even more flexibility when getting around the resort and sightseeing around this area of France and Switzerland. If you wish to hire a car from Geneva there are several companies to choose from. We recommend you hire vehicles from the Swiss side of Geneva airport. Self Drive

Bringing your own car gives you maximum flexibility for your ski or summer holiday and can allow you to sneak a couple of extra days skiing. Once you have crossed the channel either by ferry or euro tunnel the distance from Calais to Chatel is around 550 miles which can be done in one day although a two day trip with a stop off on route is recommended. If you require a route planner or information on places to stay please let us know. There are so many places of interest you will want to visit and a wide range of activities, having a car will give you the flexibility you need. If you would prefer not to drive we offer airport transfers (at an extra cost) and during the summer season there are free shuttle buses operating around Chatel.
